The Amicis Service Appointment Assistant service (the "Service") is operated by Amicis Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Service Description

By opting in to the Service, you agree to receive transactional text messages (SMS/MMS) from Amicis Solutions on your mobile device. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Alerts regarding parts availability or inventory delays (e.g., rescheduling needed).
• Service status updates.
• Quote follow-ups and expirations.

Opt-In & Consent

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You may opt in to the Service:

• At Point of Sale: By verbally confirming your consent to a store associate, who will record your preference in your customer profile.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will only receive messages relevant to your active bookings, quotes, or inquiries.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.

How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text the single keyword STOP to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a one-time confirmation text verifying you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
